Robotron
|
The
original fast action arcade game from the 80's. Blow away those
pesky robots, and save the humans. Very addictive!
|
Sinistar
|
Mine
the astoroids as if your life depended on it.... because it does in
this classic hit game from the 80's.
|
Spyhunter
|
Racing
and shooting combined. How could it possibly not be fun?
I've used a lot of quarters in the 80's on this one!
|
Defender
|
Fast
paced, side scrolling, space shooter game. One of the all time
classics that any self respecting gamer from the 80's will recognize.
|
Pacman
|
This
game never gets old. I still see people put quarters into old
Pacman coinops at arcades!
|
Asteroids
|
No
harm in shooting at some rocks, right? Looks like the original
"vector graphics" version that used to be all the rage at the arcade
over 2 decades ago.
|
Tetris
|
Though
this game came some years after the video game revolution of the early
80's, it's was quick to earn "classic status". It's genuanly
satisfying when all the blocks right into place to eliminate a line.
|
Hexxagon
|
Does
this puzzle game count as a classic? Though I played this game
briefly many years ago, it appears that it was quite popular not to
long ago. It's not an arcade game, but I don't have a
puzzle category yet! :)
|
Space
Invaders
|
Shoot
the alien invaders as they buz about above you. This is the
epidemy of "Classic Arcade".
|
Snake
|
That game you play on your cell
phone. It's also an addictive classic that played on "state of
the art" game machines of the old days.
|
Root
Beer Tapper
|
A
cute little classic arcade game. Nothing fancy, but
addictive!
|
Bubble
|
Move
a bubble around to clean the a dirty sink. Avoid stuff that can
burst your bubble. Cute... nothing amazing.
|
Satans
Hollow
|
Shoot
pesky gargoyles, bridge bombers, and egg throwers while building a
bridge to an area of lava, where you get to battle Satan.
Ok...but not one of my favorites.
